Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is provided till the product is not dispatched from NatureLock's warehouse.

Orders may be cancelled through the cancellation option available on our website at any time before the order is dispatched or handed over to our courier partner.

Once an order has been packed and handed to our courier partner, it enters transit and can no longer be cancelled.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed and, where payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our shipping/delivery partner, cancellation through the website will no longer be available.

If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, you may refuse delivery. Such refusal may result in the shipment being returned to NatureLock as Return to Origin (RTO).

A voluntary refusal of a correctly dispatched order due solely to a change of mind or because the order is no longer required does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund, subject to applicable law.

This restriction does not affect any refund, replacement or other remedy available where the product is defective, damaged, deficient, incorrect, spurious, materially different from the product ordered or advertised, or where a remedy is otherwise required under applicable law.

Our website may automatically determine whether cancellation is available based on the current order status.

• Order received / processing / packing: Cancellation may be available.
• Dispatched / handed over to shipping partner: Cancellation is unavailable.
• Delivered: Cancellation is unavailable through the website; any applicable return, refund or replacement will be governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation where the order has already been dispatched or the cancellation request cannot be processed before dispatch.

Repeated or unreasonable refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in COD being restricted or disabled for future orders.

Where a cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch and a refund is applicable, the refund will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, refund, replacement, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
