You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or impersonate another person.

NatureLock may offer Ayurvedic/regulated products, personal-care products, hair-care products, powders and fragrances. Products may have different regulatory classifications.

Each product shall be represented only according to its applicable licence, approved particulars, label, intended use and applicable law. The Website shall not be used to change or expand the legal classification or approved use of a product.

The applicable product label and statutory declarations shall govern product-specific ingredients, directions, dosage where applicable, warnings, precautions, net contents, batch details, manufacturing/expiry information and other required particulars.

NatureLock shall not represent an Ayurvedic/ASU&H product as ‘Approved by Ministry of AYUSH’, ‘Certified by Ministry of AYUSH’ or otherwise imply a Ministry approval/certification unless the precise representation is legally authorised.

NatureLock shall not make false, misleading, exaggerated, miraculous, guaranteed-cure or guaranteed-result claims. Website and advertising content must remain consistent with the applicable product licence, approved particulars, label and applicable advertising law.

Nothing in these Terms authorises any disease-treatment, cure, prevention or therapeutic claim that is not lawfully permitted for the particular product.

The Terms & Conditions are not a substitute for product-specific regulatory compliance. Product pages, labels, advertisements and social-media claims must be separately reviewed before publication.

Read the applicable label and directions before use. Use only as directed. Follow any patch-test, warning or precaution appearing on the product.

Individual results may vary. ‘Natural’, ‘herbal’ or ‘Ayurvedic’ does not mean a product is universally safe or suitable for every person.

Customers with allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, existing medical conditions or medication-related concerns should seek appropriate professional advice before use.

Stop use and seek appropriate professional assistance if an unexpected or serious adverse reaction occurs.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. Photographs may vary because of lighting, screen settings or packaging updates. Prices, stock and packaging may change.

A Website description does not override a mandatory statutory label or product-specific regulatory declaration.

An order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons including stock unavailability, obvious errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate information or delivery restrictions.

If an accepted order is cancelled after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the applicable refund policy.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are included in the consumer price where required. Promotions and prices may change prospectively.

Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders may be cancelled where legally permissible.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. COD may be available for eligible orders up to ₹3,000, subject to location, product, order value and courier/operational criteria.

Shipping, cancellation and return/refund conditions are contained in separate policies forming part of these Terms.

Opened/used personal-care, fragrance or consumable products may generally not be eligible for change-of-mind return where exclusion is appropriate for hygiene, safety or applicable law.

This does not exclude statutory consumer rights. Damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, materially deficient or materially misdescribed products may be eligible for an appropriate remedy under the applicable policy and law.

NatureLock names, logos, trademarks, original text, photographs, graphics, videos, website design, product descriptions and other protected materials are owned by, controlled by or lawfully used by Badonia and Sons.

Proprietary formulations, manufacturing processes, specifications and confidential business information may be protected under applicable intellectual-property, confidentiality, trade-secret or contractual principles.

No ownership rights are transferred by use of the Website.

Reviews, photographs, videos and feedback must be truthful, lawful and relevant. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent content.

By submitting content, you grant NatureLock a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Third-party payment, logistics, analytics, communication and other services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. Nothing excludes or limits fraud liability, non-excludable liability, statutory consumer rights, or liability relating to defective/unsafe products where exclusion is prohibited.

Where limitation is legally permissible, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where appropriate, the amount paid for the affected product/order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, strikes, courier disruptions, supply-chain interruptions or major technical failures, subject to applicable law.

Consumer grievances will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer and e-commerce requirements, including applicable acknowledgement and redressal timelines.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to statutory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of Consumer Commissions and other competent authorities, disputes may be brought before courts having lawful jurisdiction.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, govern Website use and purchases, subject to applicable law.
